Trim your wick to 5mm before lighting this will help your candle to burn evenly and longer. It will also eliminate smoking and minimise soot forming on the container. Extinguish the candle if the flame flickers, becomes too high or starts to smoke. We recommend trimming your wick and re-lighting the candle.
Burn your candle until the melt pool reaches the edges of your container to prevent tunneling. By allowing the melt pool to reach the edge this will help maximise the life and fragrance of your candle.
Keep your candle away from direct sunlight or heatsources. This can cause your candle to lose scent and discolour the wax. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, as this can cause the container to get too hot and possibly crack or shatter. Doing this will help to maximise the life of your candle.
Never burn your candle when the wax level is below 1cm from the bottom of the jar. There will not be enough wax to absorb the heat below this level. Your candle jar is at risk of the glass cracking or shattering. Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Always follow the warning label instructions on the bottom of your candle.
